w580 MMS adaptation

I have a debranded ATT w580i and i haev got all my WAP and MMS settings and I can get picture messeges but i can get video messeges. when I try and open them it comes up with text that says "one or more of the messeges components have been deleatedby MMS adapation. eather the messege was too large or the components were unsuitable for your terminal". I have no clue how to fix this so any help would be appreciated.
