is there ANYWAY to access the vibrate feature without having it accompany the loudest ring setting?

I am desperately trying to get it just to vibrate without any ring watsoever, and its driving me crazy!! the manual is no help at ALL.

All you have to do is use the joystick control lever either up or down. the settings are as follows: ringer off, vibrate, low, med low, medium, med high, high, high + vibrate. there are to many settings. once you choose which setting, hit the ok prompt.
