Dear HoFo members.

I need some help with my sharp 703sh i just currently got.

I purchassed through e-bay.

Service and everything works.
I can call and receive dialed phone calls.

My SMS does not work.
I am using t-mobile US.

I called customer care etc to check the message center address
It was correct at "+12063130004"

Dunno what else I could do.

I tried master reset but it sat on the screen saying

"Caling not available during operation, OK?"

And I couldnt get out of it by selecting "Yes"

Turned it off and back on tried multiple times.

Am i supposed to let it sit at that menu screen to reset?

Would be grateful for anyone's help.
