i have actually never experienced what you are talking about. using my n95 8gb downloading via wifi works perfectly. only once in a while i get a certificate expired error which can easily be solved by setting the date to the previous year...

I have the exact same problem on E51. Every theme I try to install says certificate error, contact application supplier.

Go into Tools, Settings, General and then Date and Time.

Change the year back to last year.

Install the app

Fix the date back to 08!

Haha, I always turn back the date but the last time I did that, I forgot to switch it back and almost missed a meeting with a distributor!! So be careful and change it back.

Yup! Change the date back after you are done installing.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have another question regarding the installation of themes. I d/led a theme from zedge, and when i tried installing it, a message came up stating that "this theme is not compatible with my phone, continue anyway?" I hit no, because I didn't know if I hit yes what it would do to my phone. I picked the n95 themes, so I'm not sure whats wrong? Do you guys just hit "yes"? or even get that prompt? Any help would be apprecaited
