ok i screwed up.. need help

i reset my touch because there were way too many applications i didnt need and they were slowing me down.
i thought i could just save pim.vol and replace it after to get all my contacts back.
i tried once and failed.. can anyone help me out.. i need all my contacts back

no worries problem solved.... i just had to soft reset it so i could delete the old file
