So im getting a sub $350 cell upgrade from xmas and I have become stuck deciding between the k770 (nice D-pad vs the stick action thang) and the k810i or k800 (although the k790a's name does get dropped throughout the forum frequently). I was also considering the w850, but decided that if i am actually going to pay the full price for a nice phone, i am going to get at least a decent camera out of the deal (because otherwise its just like getting a more expensive w300 with some bells and whistles). The non-xenon LED flash for the k770 is making me look elsewhere. Does anyone have experience/comments on this (or things like the layout of the k810i's buttons, small circular and uncomfortable looking...)

When I picked up the K810i, I did look at the K770 also because of the smaller size, but I did not like the built quality and my first impression was kinda very feminine, then the salesman told me 90% of his customers who bought this phone from him were females, guess my first impression was right...

K810i is the thinner/newer version of the K800/K790, so get that instead of the K800/K790 if you can. So far I'm pretty happy with the phone. If you prefer the size of the K770, then I suggest you to take a look at the new T650i, which also features a 3.15 mp AF Cybershot cam.

As for the W850, I don't know, I never really liked this phone when my friend got it a while ago, it felt very plastic. The W810 came out at the same time as the W850, I prefer the W810 more. But both of these models are quite old already though.

Although they all have a 3.15 MP camera, but the K770's photo quality is the lowest of the three, then followed by the T650. If you prefer the size of the K770, then you should definitely consider the T650.

If you like the xenon flash, I'd say, go for the k810. But if you like something slim, the the T650 is a nice choice, as mentioned by the poster above.
