I got this phone from Telus last august and it has been working great until about a month ago...
I researched high and low to figure out how to put games on it and finally after about a week i managed to install them and have them work fine. I was able to use the phone without flaw for a couple more months (stating this only because i'm not sure if the incidents are related)

A little over a month ago I started having problems with the mp3 player. One day it refused to access it and hasn't since. I can no longer access the sound, video or picture section as the phone locks up.

I have since emptied the songs off of my card trying to figure out if that was the problem.. oh i should also mention that those same sections freeze when I am connected to my pc via modem/com but i can access those directories through USB

I'm a little scared to bring it into Telus to have it looked at because of the games that I added because they told me months ago that transferring games from the pc to the phone could not be done... and well... I did it anyway..
so i'm afraid that they won't fix it or will try to blame it on that and make me pay for it and i'm a little short on funds and i like my phone....

any solutions?

Can you take the games off the phone? If so, do that and then bring it to Telus.

Or you can do all the proper backups and flash it with the monster.
