WM Live on Touch

Quick question, how do I change the hotmail acct I want to use with WM live. I recently got a Touch and the HM acct I do have gets a ton of crap emails, so I'd like to start fresh. Also, if I configure windows Live on my home PC to pick up gmail, will it do the same on WM live on my phone?
