Ok ive heard Rumors of this Cool Aplications ive actually seen it work.
My friend has scanner application on his phone that scans for numbers
no joke ive looked everywhere for it and was wondering if you guys would know of it?

Why don't you ask your friend where he got it or at least find out what the name of it is. That would make it easier to search for.

I hope you aren't looking for a hacking tool that looks for unprotected bluetooth devices that accept file transfers
