Htc Shadow Jar and .sis File Download Problems

Ok i have a Shadow and i use my Wifi internet.
Ive downloaded a game to my phone a sis file and it comes up with these weird letters and numbers instead of the download
Can anybody help?

You need to have a java program installed on your PPC to open Jar files.
