Where did Bluetooth2 come from?

I've just noticed that I have two Bluetooth folders (Bluettoth and Bluettoth2) on my device. When I try open the Bluetooth2 folder I get a 1411 error.
Any ideas on how I can fix this and get rid of the second BT folder? I haven't risked just trying to delete it in case I corrupt something.
