keypad unlock for tilt

My company has a tilt we just got back from a sales person that resigned. We are trying to get the calls forwarded to our sales manager but to do that we have to figure out the keypad unlock code to do it from inside the phone, obviously the former employee will be of no help.
Is there a master code or initial universal keypad unloack code for the tilt that might work or should we take it to an AT7T service center.
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I couldn't seem to find answers when using the search.

I think a hard reset will work. But you'll lose all the data on the phone. Or you may want to try putting the sim in a different phone.

there isn't a master code...
if you need to info on the phone, get the password from that ex employee... hard reset is the only option
hold down the two "-" keys and poke reset, wait for black screen w/ white txt, hit send and you are done
