Getting Treo 650, Email/Browser Questions

I did it, I bought a Treo 650. Only paid $50 (yes 50 bucks) for it. It should get here Tues-Wed next week or so.

My questions mainly deal with web browsing and emailing, particularly doing both at the same time.

I do have some experience with the Palm OS before, having used a Zire 21, although that was about a year ago. My question concerns multi-tasking to a certain extent.

If, for instance, I see something on the Internet where something is for sale and the body contains the email, but it's not a "hot link" so I'm compelled to copy-paste the email address, and also the URL (I like to link to the ad in any emails I sent so I can track what exactly I was asking about better). My typical routine at home is to have a text editor like Notepad open and copy-paste the information there, for use elsewhere (in this case, the body of the email).

Would I be able to do this with the Treo 650? I would assume that you'd have a "memo" open with the web browser, copy-paste the information in there, and then carry that same memo with you in the email client.

This is one of the main reasons I didn't get the iPhone, by the way--its inability to copy-paste anything.
