Problem - No networks!

We have a RAZR 3Vi which is on Orange pay as you go. Yesterday it just suddenly stopped detecting networks. I've tried swapping sims, turning off for over twelve hours, taking out the flash memory card, but nothing.

I have another phone on Orange pay as you go and it works just fine. It works with its own sim or with the one from the Motorola, but the Motorola works with neither - "No Network"

Any ideas, please?

I am assuming you are talking about Orange UK. It efinitely sounds like that phone has been "black listed". Call Orange up and give them the IMEI number and have them check if that's the case.

no network means an internal hardware problem has occurred with the handset
you must take it in to a motorola uk authorized service centre for repair quote and estimate.

Yes, Orange think it is a hardware fault.
