I have a red KRZR K1..............i have the latest version of mpt installed but when i connect my phone to the computer it takes forever for it to detect mt phone....i mean once i connect i hear the computer make the noise that confirmss its connnected and it starts to charge but i am having a hard time getting it to be connected by mpt ...an dthen wheni do get mpt to recognize the phone and connect i still have problems with it, what happens is this, when i try to transfer songs, wallpaper using mpt it tells me some message about the phone canceling the action, then why i try to get it to read my phone book it tells me the same message.....oh and i dont have a transflash memory card, so can someon please tell me what i can do to get mpt to perform these actions

You might try reinstalling the latest USB drivers. They recently released version 3.3.0 at the moto developers website.
