sorry guys, i dont know where to put this but my 903SH has been acting up lately and i think that what im about to say can still be true weather or not my 903SH was acting up - but i think i found a way to get rid of the repro on euro 1.046 if you have switched to jap mode with 8+power and left it dead for a while.

let me begin with the background info.

i first got my 903SH a long time ago, flashed to euro 1.046 knowing that i can do jap mode with about 90% jap functionality. i also had another phone lying around to use along with my 903SH. bad i dead of me to switch phones (but i didnt know at that time). at times, id switch phones from 903SH to my old nokia. but the thing was that i would keep my 903SH in jap mode when i had it turned off and with no battery and no SIM card for a long time (about a week). the very first time i did that and came back to it, guess what? i got REPRO on jap mode!!! WTF right? i imediately placed my SIM into the phone and switched back to EURO mode and guess what? i got repro on EURO too. well not exactly repro but some sort of lag when i try to enter the main menu...

ive been using jap mode for the longest time and i came to forgive the repro thing (i got used to it). but then recently i just found a trick that would undo that repro! i dont recommed anyone to go out and do this, but i can honestly say that this works for me and i no longer have repro anymore on my 903SH.

heres how i got it to work though i must say it may be abstract but it worked...:

1) popped my canceled vodafone USIM into the 903SH for a period of 3 weeks leaving the phone in euro mode (country code #1). keep the battery in the phone though charged.

2) take out the vodafone USIM and pop in the working SIM (t-mobile in my case)

3) switch over to Jap mode.

4) voila! repro is gone!.

i dont know why this worked...

but it did.

i got so excited that i decided to put HUF files games on to it again.... i went to the 8+power menu and held the menu button and 6543210 to get the number to be 0111111 21 00000000

i turned on 903SH to jap mode and DAMN, i got repro back again! WTF?

turns out that i somehow got rid of the repro problem but i couldnt find a way to play games again with that hack. i dont know why....

i did the same thing as the steps repeated above and got rid of repro.

maybe you dont have to wait 3 weeks, i dont know. maybe instantly. but this is how i got my 903SH to get rid of repro on euro/ with jap mode.

thanks for letting me share this with you guys...

and remember to never switch SIM cards while in jap mode with the 8+power trick or else you will have to reflash your 903SH - and thats no fun is it?

repro was also removed if you flash to euro, insert any sim, flash back to jp and insert working sim. repro will be gone until you do master reset or flash again or leave battery out for a few days.

yeah, nice eh?
but i was able to do all that repro thingy without flashing rather 8+power trick did it for me.

What I did was to revert back to Euro FW with Power+8 followed by a Master Reset.......and Repro was gone

Hehe, I did that... but when I turned it on again... no boot. Had to reflash it. Ahh the memories.
