Yes. This is a given- it will work with any Softbank phone. Not the Turbo SIM, but the PSS SIM.

so pss sim can unlock 821P... but will it be crippled like 920SH? or will it be like 904SH with usable functions?... it'd be great if someone could cite this for me.

i've been looking for an answer but nothing so far.
