Should be under the "Settings" menu

Press Main Menu, then "#" then scroll down to Master Reset.

When i turn the phone on it says Phone Locked and underneath that it says phone lock code. is there any way to reset? thanks, artman

Try XS++ 3.1 Darwin as it can read phone lock codes from the phone -not too sure whether it covers your phone though.
