I have an app in “Update” in Installer which I can’t seem to update. The app is Chocolate Rain Theme (Version 1.7) once I click on “Update All” I get a notice stating (Update Added Music and Videos Icons for Ipods Touch users.) once I click OK I get another app in “Updates” called Apple Style Batteries (version 1.1) once I click on “Update All” again it updates it but I get the same Chocolate Rain app mentioned above yet again.
I have tried the steps stated above at least 7 times with the same result. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? It’s kind of frustrating having that icon over the Installer icon telling you you have an update.
I’m using a 1.1.2 OTB Jailbroken with a Stealthsim

There are probably multiple sources clashing. It could be offered by different sources. Check the more info for the source, then update again, and when it is still shown, check the source again and see if it is different.
