I had the Dash, loved it, had the whole line of Sidekicks and now I'm gettin a Palm Treo 750 UNLOCKED from someone. Currently I'm using the Sidekick Slide, so good move or bad?

I am trying to figure out how I would use the plan. Because I have the T-Mobile data plan that's $20.00 m/o, which includes free text msg, internet, email account, aim, yahoo, msn. Should I keep the plan the same? or just tell t-mobile that I got an unlocked Treo?

You can't use that plan (aka sidekick plan) on any but the sidekick. You'd have to have both the 19.99 internet and 14.99 unlimited text plan for that phone.

O ok. So do I jus call up and tell them that I want to switch plans because I got a Treo? And when I get that Treo, will the icons switch from Cingular to tmobiles when my tmo sim card is insert?

Depending on how your account is setup, you may still be able to use that plan for internet access in addition to free texting. Pop the sim in your treo and see what happens. It worked fine when for my MDA while I had it after I migrated form the sidekick. Couldn't get it to work with my RAZR tho.
