Weird problem, # 1,2,3 not working!

i drop my cell phone the other day by accident and now the numbers 1,2,3 aren't working, i thought shutting down the phone will fix this problem but i forgot i had a password lock on the phone (sim and phone), 1 of the password number is 3, since #3 isnt working on the phone i can't open up the phone!..

any ideas ?

hmm i think the solution is re-aligning the buttons to the board. so you might take your phone apart..

i took the phone for repair (under warranty

...hopefully they wont find out something has changed on the phone lol)

did u back up your contacts and information needed oh your phone before sending it into repair? ... sometimes stuff gets erased while the phone is in their hands. happened to me once and lost some contacts that i have not backed up when i sent in my W810i 1.5 years ago in for repair

i totally forgot ... but i had a backup with my phone explorer, i did lost some contacts too but the hard part was that i lost a txt file i had uploaded on the phone which was very important to me, shell commands for Linux and windows which took me some time to find them. Also the phone was unlocked and now it's locked again :/

the phone just came back from repair(after 5 weeks), they said it wasn't reparable so they give a new one
