Picodrive emulator question , please help

Does anyone know if Picodrive v0.51 is the latest release for s60 3rd ed. ? If it is the newest release , does anyone know if it's possible to select or change the region of roms supported ? I've had to delete 8 or 9 roms due to the rom's region being incompatible with the defaut picodrive region. Keep getting that message that the roms only work on a specific hardware region. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
