My screen went out. I have contacted Verizon and Motorola both- they say there is nothing they can do since it is not a vcast phone other that me playing a blind guessing game trying to transfer pictures. Motorola's support personnel said (off the record) about a third party software or a fix that could be used. Do you know of a way?
