I was looking for an app that allows you to take notes while actually drawing on the screen. For example on all windows smart phones you can pretty much draw the notes. Any app for the iphone similar?

there's "sketches" which does pretty much exactly what you want. it's been around for as long as I can remember. look in installer under productivity I believe. here's a demo of it at 2:30 in this video

anyway to add more than page when sketching notes

don't think so. but you can save the sketch to the camera roll. guess that could give you more "pages". maybe contact the developer with the suggestion.
