I just got them in the mail today. When i go to charge it, it blinks green real quick and then no led, just blank. No red or anything. Tried two different outlets, same thing. Do i have to wait for two hours for the red light to turn on? It's kind of worrying me. It just wont turn red and i really wanted to start using them on my 8525 and Tilt. Please help me!

Mine start red then go yellow and then go green. I do not remember if it goes blank when fully charged but I will check in the morning and let you know. At any rate, I think your are fully charged.

How long are you leaving them on the charger? I think the first time (or if the battery is dead) it takes a minute or two before the red light comes on.

lol, i left them on overnight, still no luck. Contacted motorola and they're going to send me a new pair then i send mine back in.

Well, it turns out that the green light never went out. I left them on charge overnight and it never went out. It could be that your S9's are simply defective. Exchange them and see what happens if they never charge to a constant green led.

While I was typing my reply and answering my sons burning question about his homework I was bit late on the submit. Glad you are on the way to working it out.

lol thanks a lot. how do you like them? how's the sound (loud?) and the calling quality?

You should have waited for the new Moto S9 HD's. They are the redesigned version of the old S9's and they are supposed to be more comfterable and have a better sound, more bang for your buck. They should be in stores in a couple of weeks.

I already heard of them. The s9's seem very comfortable. Plus i don't think there's a difference between the two much except for the sound. I heard the s9's were loud and that's what i want. Tried them on and they're very comfortable and nice.

The same physical design will still likely leave the S9 HDs vulnerable to sweat. I just got my set of Jaybird's JB-100 (http://jaybirdgear.com/JB-100-JayBi...reo-headset.php) today. I will try them out tomorrow while running. I hope to get a mini-review out this wknd.

Sweat isn't an issue for me. Only thing i do is play basketball, and i don't have my phone when i play basketball.

@jomo25,
Call me nutty, but I am turned off by that wire that connects them. I feel the wire would annoy me in a way that is similar to the annoyance I experience with my Sony EX71 wired buds. The wire make contact my neck sporadically and it kinda freaks me out.:eek Also the buds on those look huge and I have small canals and lobes. At any rate, what is your experience with JB-100s.
