Debranding W810i error with Wotan Client

hi, i got this phone (W810i) a few months ago from rogers and now im sick of their software.. so i want to debrand the phone. i bought a credit, downloaded their program, and followed their instructions. It seemed that it was able to download the firmware fine.. but i get this error...

I've gotten the same exact error w/ the k750 I've tried to flash.

"Can't retrieve key"

What does that mean, and how can I fix it?
