What is that phone ?

A friend of mine asked me to post pics of a phone he's got.
I wasn't able to find what brand/model it is, i'm sure you guys can help 
I don't know where he got it though.
Oh and it has 2 sims slots and a micro sd card slot also.
There's a connector for a usb cable but it's not a mini usb connector, it's a little wider.

It's one of those Chinese off-brand phones. They don't have a brand name attached to them (and sometimes not even a model number).
