How exactly do you do that? Do you SSH into the phone & put the ringtone somewhere in the Customize.app folder so it can be selected when using the Customize GUI?

Where the hell do I put a mail alert tone when I ssh it to the phone. Which file does it go into? I can make any tone and already have a bunch I just need to know where to put it so when I am selecting the tone to use on the phone it comes up in the options. Thanks

the sound file goes in var/root/applications/customize/audiofiles/ and then you have to make a folder for the file(s) you're inserting..i have "you have mail" and "you've got voicemail" and i just made a folder called "yougotmail" and put them in there.if you put just the audio files in the audiofiles folder without another folder they wont play and when you go to system sounds in customize it'll crash.

The You got mail tone was in one of the install packages on the installer. I found it under the themes (customize) folder.
