![]() I am still having problem with my 904sh not recognizing the tubosim + AT&T Sim combo, but someone from here suggests that I should try to do a hard reset - that works for him with his PSS SIM. I will report back tonight... |

I probably won't be using my 904sh as a primary phone as I needed 850mhz freq more than anything, but it's the thought of being able to use it just a day will defenitly worth all the trouble that I have to go though... |

Reprogramming would involve buying tools that most of us don't have the knowledge to use or patience to figure out. For the time and cost of tools, you may as well just buy another PSS or hyper; unless you plan to resell them in bulk. Either way, you're looking at more money and time than just simply buying a new one. |

I was able to install applesaft on my blank turbosim and copy IMSI and ICCID? from vodafone USIM card to turbosim. Kevbodian stated in this thread that turbosim can't properly read USIM KI information and that's why after boot I still see 'USIM-MEP' message on the screen. Could it be that applesaft read and write only IMSI and ICCID? I guess with PSS/HYPER SIM/Non-TurboSIM solution, they actaully write IMSI, ICCID? and KI to their SIM card which all you have to do is to cut/notch your current SIM card, attach and insert into your 904sh. I thought that I can use turbosim to write different IMSI, ICCID? and KI combination whenever I want to swith to a different 'exotic' phone. As with PSS and Hyper SIM, I think you'll need to buy a new SIM for each IMSI, ICCID? and KI combo. Unless they will publish their own software so you can write your own IIK combo. |
