I have a 8525 and the vibration motor is dieing. the phone is under warranty so that's good.

the bad is that the phone has some scratches and been dropped. do you think cingular will decide to not fix the phone because of this?

If the Phone works, isn't dripping water or have a cracked screen the chances are very good that they will replace it with a referb.
