I am having trouble downloading thinks to my bb IE files etc (i have Opera Mini 4), what is the problem?
Is there a free flashlight program?

8100 theme for 8130--No, Currently their not many freely available 4.3 themes.
If you cant see the web using opera 4, check your browser settings-Goto options(wrench)-->advanced settings-->browser
Make sure Default Browser Configuration is set to "Internet Browser"
Flashlight Program?

yes, i was reading about how there is a 3rd party program to set the bb light as a flash light rather than having to log into video record.

Its pretty interesting.

Oh one more question, JAD files. I was trying to get MIRC on the the 8130, but it appears that jad files are not recognized (this goes for others aswell).

Thanks again

You can not download files through Opera - only through the BlackBerry Browser.

I see everything fine, but it does not allow me to download files.

PFD, word documents, zip files or anything of that nature.

Resolution
To resolve this error, change the Browser Configuration Emulation Mode using the following steps:

1. On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Browser.
2. Display the menu and click Options.
3. Click Browser Configuration.
4. Change the Emulation Mode to Microsoft IE.
5. Save the changes.
6. Close the Browser.
7. Open the Browser.

I have followed these steps with my 8830 and I still get http 500 error I will do further research and post back, when the problem is resolved.
