Re-enable BBM

Hey guys,
I have searched for the answer to this question and have turned up nothing. I have both a blackberry curve and an 8800 series blackberry... and my company disabled BBM (Blackberry messenger). Is there anyways to re-enable this service?

If you're on a BES Server and your company has a BES Policy in place that doesn't allow BlackBerry Messenger then you will not be able to load it on to your device.
