Can anyone tell my how to upload ringtones to this phone? I have verizon if that helps with anything. Here is where I'm at now. I can upload pictures and videos via bluetooth dongle and I can upload music with the usb cable and windows media player. With blue tooth, I can see the ringtone folder on the phone but I cant place anything into it cause it says there was a server error. Same with the music when I try uploading with bluetooth. I've tried using mpt but it was usless also. This is just more that trying to get a free ringtone, Im on mission to prove that it can be done.

Ok, so I downloaded P2k commander and I cant get anywhere with it. I cant seem to locate my phone and the tutorial videos are in hungarian lol.

okay You need to install the p2k drivers.

Next download rsd lite(unless you have mpt)

Then plug your phone in while rsd lite is running.

ONce rsd lite reconizes your phone open P2k commnder.

Then place the ringtones in motorola/shared/audio

Ok, so I almost have it. I can get the ringtones to transfer to the phone. They show up under the ringtone menu and I can also preview them and they play. When I set them as my ringtone, they do not work. The phone will play a diffrent tone.

There's a file in your ringtone folder, that belongs to verizon. It tells them what you have in that folder or whatnot. Have you deleted that file yet?
