what programs do you use to watch .AVIs on your smartphone..

TCPMP is free and is the best media player I've seen for Windows Mobile. It will play avi, mpeg, mov, divx, etc. You'll have to search but there is a flash bundle that allows you to watch FLV vids (youtube, etc), an AAC plug in, etc.

everytime i go to full screen it freezes the video..
and in small screen the video is very choppy..
any way to fix that?

Are you just throwing an .avi you have on your computer straight to the phone or storage card?

The bitrate on those are probably too high for your phone's processor to handle. Best option would be to reencode those to a lower bitrate.

Download pocketdivxencoder. Fairly straightforward to use.
