Well There is NO UNLOCK CODE, CDMA phones don not need to be unlocked.

I'm shore you've heard of P2kCommander or BitPim. Go get that and start putting the files on your phone through there. As for modding it, try P2kSeem. You can edit the phone's settings through that.
