Yes, all have GSM bands, but you can only roam. SoftBank 920SH is the only one that you can use your own SIM card with, and even then you need a PSS-Sim/Hypersim with SoftBank details programmed onto it. You can only call/text. No camera/media player/music/data/GPRS etc. very limited atm.

920sh is softbank, all the others are docomo.

the F905i and 920sh are made by Fujitu and Sharp respectively. As for the difference, google is your friend.
