8525 NEVER Rebooting Properly.. HELP!

Okay, I have a 8525 with th AT&T WM6.

So far, in the past month or two, I have had to hard reset my device 3 times.

Its because sometimes in the process of a soft reset, the screen gets stuck at the green Windows Mobile screen.

I only perform a soft reset when its needed in order to properly install a new application.

It goes all the way until the green windows screen, then is stuck there. I tried to leave it overnight, but it just stayed at that same green screen.

I just tried to install the TouchFlo Cube and i performed a soft reset. Now my phone is stuck at that green screen right now and i dont want to do a hard reset, so if anyone can give me any answers or advice thatd be great.

Sorry but another hard reset should be done.

i had to reboot again, then the green screen again.

had to hard reset. AGAIN.

what am i doing wrong?
