My phone was jailbroken, but not unlocked… using it on ATT After the update, all the info stayed as is. (of course the installer, or any other apps are not there, but I wasn’t expecting them) My carrier text is still the custom one I picked earlier. My custom ringtone is still there. So are bookmarks, SMSs, etc… |

Ringtones are not broken, but many people (including me) have had to do a hard reset of the phone before they show up in the ringtone list. But the good news is they do work and i jumped the gun on claiming they didn't.
