Wild Card & Applications

I just purchased a Wild Card for use on the Virgin Mobile network. Overall, I am impressed with the ease of use and even the browsing speeds. However, I've been unable to download and install any applications. I think the Wild Card uses a WAP 2.0 browser, but I don't know what operating sytem it uses. Does anyone have more technical specs on the Wild Card or know about any applications that can be installed on it?

I would *really* like to be able to use www.google.com/gmm, but it's giving me a 403 error when I try to download it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since it's a Virgin Mobile prepaid phone, it's software is disabled from downloading any 3rd party applications that are not provided from the Virgin Mobile website. Currently, a few Wild Card users in the forums are trying to find a work around to this, but all attempts have been unsuccessful. I would suggest reading some Wild Card threads in the Virgin Mobile USA section.
