AT&T Tilt Keypad Replacement

Does anyone know how to replace the keypad on an AT&T Tilt? One of the keys came off about 31 days after we bought it and they will not replace it. I found a replacement keypad for sale on the internet, but I would like to see if I can find replacement instructions before ordering it.
