Text message location? (blackjack)

Does anyone know the location of text messages on a Blackjack? I need to reset my phone and there are some messages that I would prefer to keep...ya know, for sentimental reasons...Anyway can I save them to a memory card or some other way? SIM only holds 30. TIA.
