I have the opertunity to by a sony w810i phone which isn't working properly for $45. When you turn it on it just shows a white screen. What might be wrong with it? Can this be fixed? If so can I fix it or if not would it be expensive to fix? Thanks fiero1988gt.

First thing I would try is running SEUS (google it) if nothing there flash it yourself using a tutorial for setool 2 lt (easiest free way)
