So yea, I was playing with my phone, and I wanted to make sure that if it was stolen, I'd be okay with the PINs and stuff.

So I tried to make a PIN, and then somehow, I got onto the PUK screen. Now it can't do anything!

I'm really confused, and I have no idea where or who to contact. Please help!

PUK is unique to your SIM, not your phone. stop trying to guess what it is, and call Fido for it. the SIM will be rendered useless if the PUK is entered incorrectly 10 times.

Yep, you have to call your provider for PUK info.
