One screen shows the "relative" signal strength of transmitters, one screen shows the "position" of satellites found, the third screen has numerous boxes which provide various levels of information - lat/lon/bearing are just three. I believe that's the lat/lon/etc of the receiver in the phone.
I will typically start GPS Test before I start Google Maps. Once everything is up and running, I'll turn on GPS in Google Maps (option 5 on the Menu). This works for me. I do not have any external receiver, just a Q9h. |

Yes. Windows Live Search Mobile too, and I actually like Live Seach better in some ways. Live Search beeps to prompt you when a turn is coming up on your route, for example. And Live Search automatically prompts for re-routes if you leave your plotted route.
