As you can see by the picture, in the Launcher section the Wireless Manager icon which comes as a default in this program is gone, it was removed by a friend who wanted to play with the phone but she obviously didn't know what she was doing and she deleted it... now i used that one often to turn bluetooth on and off... and now i cant get it back...

when i try to add a program to that space the Wireless manager is not an option, anyone know what i can do about this?

I'm guessing my only option at this point is uninstalling and reinstalling, but im very lazy and didn't want to do that, i was hoping for an easier solution...

thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can lend...

I noticed that as well.

Re-install HTC Home, or add the Comm Manager to that icon, its the same thing.
