how would you make an emergency call with your tilt?

Ok, I am right now in DC and realized something, with my Tilt configured with Dutty's ROM v2 fixed and all the stuff I wanted, I just realized, if there's an emergency, like the need to dial 911, I have to do this:

1. Open my metal case
2. Press power button to awake the screen
3. Slide S2U2 to go to home screen
4. Press the call (green) button
5. Get Keypad out
6. Dial 911

*sigh* it's a lot of steps, anyone got something quicker besides programming a key for it?

I've heard stories about DC, but is it really that bad? Haha, just kidding.

I can't think of any other way; you may be doomed to take several steps to make the call, but that's essentially it. You could also slide out the keyboard and start dialing (while on the Today screen) and that should do it.

I uninstalled S2U2 cause I find it pointless to press the power button and unlock it. Can't you have S2U2 not come on after waking the device?

I Dont use S2U2 but the '9' key is set as a speed dial for 911
