I shut my phone off now when i turn it back on all I get is the apple with a black background and that little loading thing spinning around, and it has been like this for 5 minutes. What do i do!

Try turning it back off, which may require a hard reset by holding down the lock and home buttons. If that doesn't help try connecting it to iTunes.
