Flash it to the Alltel E815 Monster firmware (On Humpa's website search the forums), you have to flash it about 3 times to make it stick but once it does you basically have an Alltel E815 phone, when the flash fails just take the battery out, hold * & # when you put the battery back in and while still holding * & # push the power button to get it back into flash mode. You will need RSD lite version 1.3 to flash, search google for it as I can't post links here. Then call Alltel Tech support and say you bought a new Alltel Motorola E815 from ebay and need to activate it, notice I said E815. Trust me this works as I have done this feat several times.
