Cant get activated?

Hey guys, I bought a kyocera strobe(MetroPCS) off of ebay. When I went to get it activated the SPC(587846) the Metro Rep gave me doesn't work on my phone. She said that my phone probably needs to be resetted to be activated. Is this something I can do myself? My ESN is 03407007519. Can anyone help me activate my phone? Any info is appreciated!!

Try using this SPC code: 560382. If that doesnt work, post the Hex number. It should be at the bottom of the label under the battery and start with H: and is 8 characters long, or go into Phone info and get it from there.
