Hi there,
Im trying to use SCP_7050 modem capability but it seems that it will only work if I get a "plan" from my cellphone provider; 8Mb /monts for $25...

I used to be able to connect my phone to my laptop with a USB cable and by dialing to a local ISP, and use there "regular modem services". I am not looking for speed,I just need to get my email and download updates for my laptop.
Is the phone the problem? If so, is there another model that iI should get instead (that work with BellMobility)
